Years Old
Intensity Dance Team offers Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop and more for dancers age 5 to 8. Dance classes are open enrollment all year, with a month-to-month commitment. Parents are invited to attend two in-class performances held in December and May. Find Competition Teams for your dancer here.

Dance for Athletes

Hip Hop Combos with dance technique conditioning for all soccer, basketball, tennis, volleyball, lacrosse, football teams
Technique 1
Experience Level: 0-2 years
Monthly Tuition: $45
Tue. 5:00 -5:45 p.m.
Thurs. 5:00-5:45 p.m.
Skills: Turns, kicks, flexibility, leaps, splits, strength and precision movements
Acro 1
Skills: forward rolls, backward rolls, bridges, kicks, kickovers, and locomotor skills
Monthly Tuition: $30
Tue. 3:30-4:00 p.m.
Sat. 10:00-10:30 a.m.
Once these skills are mastered, dancers move up to the next Acro level class. Many students progress more rapidly in the Acro classes.
Acro 2-3
Skills: right/left cartwheels, front and back walkovers, front aerial, back handspring
Monthly Tuition: $60
Tue. 5:45-6:30 a.m.
Thurs. 6:45-7:30 p.m.
Once these skills are mastered, dancers move up to the next Acro level class. Many students progress more rapidly in the Acro classes.
